EGAN

The Egan house was a gut remodel in Alexandria. In this house we raised the ceiling and insulated it with spray foam. We also used spray foam in the walls to provide a well insulated and well air sealed shell. The interior was completely redesigned to provide a modern open concept floor plan and increased natural lighting throughout the house.
